We had an excellent experience with this dealership. Being 3.5 hours away the negotiations we all done via phone. They actually offered us more on our trade in by several thousand $$$ than any other dealership we spoke with. When we arrived at our scheduled time to look over our new 2021 Dodge Laramie Longhorn and sign the necessary papers, the transaction was much better than expected. Everything went smoothly, our trade was what had been agreed upon and we went straight to signing paper work and weāre out of the dealership in less an an hour! Keep up the good work!

I lost my transmission at the beginning of the latest snow event, which included power and water supply outages. Fortunately, Autonation of NRH was open, and more importantly , their team of professionals, led by Andrew were on duty. They immediately went to work on diagnosing the transmission, and ordering (locating) parts (I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Manual 4WD). They then quickly repaired my car and I'm back on the road. Most importantly, Andrew had lost power and water to his home. Yet, he worked tirelessly throughout the storm assisting all those in need. Outstanding! Many thanks to one and all!!!

My vehicle was dropped off for the rear window moulding leaking. This was four months after having it fixed. After three weeks I picked up my vehicle and stopped for gas. That is when I noticed an unbelievable sight. There were several scratches in my trunk. It was almost a punch in the face. I was disgusted at what I was seeing. The scratches are so numerous and deep. I could and still do not believe how they could treat someone's vehicle so horribly. My service advisor is trying to have the trunk repaired. Kudos to her. How dare they do what they did. Shame on you.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!We bought a used truck in December. Sales guy barely knew anything about it but we had looked at the specs online and it seemed to fit our needs. Sales guy claimed all their vehicles had 125 point safety inspection. We test drove the truck and decided to purchase it. They made us wait hours for the finance person to help us. We arrived at 5 PM and didn't leave until 11:30 PM. Ridiculous!! Three weeks later while on a 9 hour road trip to South Texas, we notice a noise/vibration coming from the driver's front wheel/tire. We thought maybe it was because we were hauling a trailer. Nope! A few days later the noise got worse. Had to take it to a mechanic while on our Christmas break. They told us the wheel bearings on the driver's side were bad. Called Autonation and let them know about the issue we were having and wondered how it had passed their 125 point inspection. Our sales guy refused to do anything about it because we hadn't purchased an additional warranty. So here we are, 3 weeks after buying a new truck(well new to us), having to spend over $600 to replace the wheel bearings that shouldn't have gone out until the truck reached over 100,000 miles! And now, 3 months after having the truck and we still have not received the license plates or registration sticker. Have been calling the dealership for the past 3 weeks and keep getting the run around by their receptionist! Today I called the DMV to find out what the delay was. Come to find Autonation hadn't even submitted the paperwork and that's why we have nothing. The DMV sent me a link to file a dealer complaint. I gave the dealership one more chance to do what's right and called again asking for a manager. A person named Freddy took the call and said he would get in touch with Finance department and call in 15 minutes. Just as I expected, no phone call. So I've submitted a dealership complaint through the DMV and plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau as well! Do not shop for cars at this place! Plus it is dirty as hell and not Covid safe!

After going to two other dealerships, I was finally able to purchase my Ram here. I can sincerely say the main reason for purchasing with Autonation was the rep. that assisted us, Baliey Avanzo. She took her time to answer every question or concern I had and was beyond professional. This type of service is rare and much needed at the previous dealerships I visited. She was transparent and never made any promises on the price. She was unfortunately detained and another associate assisted, but it was the overall interaction with Baliey that made my decision in buying the vehicle from Autonation. True customer service is what makes or breaks a deal or experience, and we got extremely lucky finding it with Baliey. So if youāre looking for a new vehicle and not looking for the runaround, I sincerely recommend this bright young woman. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends.

I took my vehicle in to have it serviced for a leaking rear window moulding. When I received my vehicle back after three weeks, there are deep scratches in my trunk. Very deep and very noticeable. I am disgusted that they would treat my vehicle that way. It was also filthy on the inside of the vehicle. The driver side floor mat and the plastic moulding along the runner. I cleaned that right away. I am very proud of my vehicle and would never treat it that way. I hope that nothing else like that happens to any of their other customers. I went in with the intention of hearing more bs I hear from other dealerships and heading back home. Well that wasn't the case. I was greeted right away, didn't wait long at all to get introduced to Ruben Tarango. He got my trade in appraised and we test drove a new truck within the first hour there. He was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. We were able to make a fair deal that I didn't think would happen. Even after I left with my new truck he contacted me to see how I was enjoying my truck and let me know I am able to reach him or anyone at the dealer at any time. Overall experience went very well.

Traded in a ā16 Wrangler JKU for a ā21 Gladiator and worked with Ruben. Got $3k more for my trade in than what Carmax offered. They didnāt have what I was looking for on the lot, but Ruben searched and found one out of state. It took a week for my new Gladiator to arrive. Ruben gave me a loaner to use in the interim and kept me updated on the shipping status. Overall it was an easy process. Ruben was great to work with. I had also previously used this dealership for warranty work on my Jeep. It was another reason I went back. The service department was very helpful and took care of the problems.

I returned a second time to purchase a vehicle with Auto Nation. The process goes very smooth. The sales people really go out of their way to find you a vehicle that meets all your needs and wants within your price range. Other places Iāve purchased vehicles in the past only induced major headaches and the process was way too lengthy. But at Auto Nation you can eliminate the headache and the feeling that youāre being lied to or taken advantage of. I will continue to return to Auto Nation in the future. After I drove away with my new vehicle, my sales rep even sent me a text with all my programmed radio stations on the vehicle I traded in. And even called me a few days later to see if everything was meeting my needs and expectations with my new purchase. So if you want to purchase a vehicle you will love and can afford without going through a big hassle then you should go to Auto Nation!

I have many problems with the statement "If you know of anyone who would appreciate the same level of service you have received" I feel I did not get great level of service in the negotiations either on purpose or mistake (which should not have happened) your dealership put in over $8,000 in extra options for oversized tires and wheels (WHEN IN FACT THERE WAS NO AFTER MARKET WHEELS OR TIRES INSTALLED ON THE RAM 1500 LIMITED) to off set the rise in trade-in value for my truck when caught doing this as we negotiated the trade-in value for my truck was told it was by mistake. That should not have happened. Then after two weeks of the deal and when I inquired about when and how my payoff check was sent to my lienholder I was told the check had been sent via overnight, when pushed and asked and pushed and asked I was told the check did not go out the prior two days when in fact by your Sales Director I was told the payoff check had been sent out to my lienholder. And two days later I received an email from your Internet Sales Manager that the check had not gone out yet; It took me numerous times calling and emailing to get answers about the payoff check. Then when I finally complained about being told one thing about the payoff check and than another in speaking with the GM of the dealership whom told me the check indeed did not go out yet after two weeks from the deal and two days of trying to get an answer about the payoff check. I made it clear to him to get the check out that day Thursday and again the payoff check still did not go out until Friday making the arrival of the payoff check to my lien holder on Monday making me pay even more daily interest in extra days the loan was open. This does not seem like a big deal but to me it's the finer details and tells me how I will be treated in the future with any issues of the truck. I know you and the dealership do not care and think these are small unimportant issues, however, to me they are huge and shows me the level of deceit, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service by your dealership for someone who just purchased a $70,000.00 truck. Not bragging merely letting you know you lost a life long customer and someone who switched brands, who by the way has two career opportunities to now make an additional $10,000.00 a year making my salary well over the mid six figures a year and thinking of purchasing a 1500 TRX will not be doing so at your dealership nor will I recommend your dealership to family and friends. Your dealership is lucky I am not submitting this with email documentation for any reviews. Disappointed and disheartened customer.

We recently purchased a beautiful king ranch f-350. My first bit of advice is ASK FOR RALEIGH! He is the best. Very patient, kind & respectful. Not at all pushy or irritating like the stereotypical car salesman. We almost couldnāt make the deal work since they donāt accept outside financing, but we were able to work it out by using their financing & then transferring the loan (refinancing) to our credit union a few weeks later. It was actually pretty painless. The only problem we came across that I was really worried about was that our CU was asking for a copy of the dealerships request for tx title. I was certain since the deal was done Iād never be able to get a response. I texted Raleigh & within moments he texted me back a copy of the paperwork. I was blown away! Not to mention relieved! While their prices are non negotiable, we still got a great deal on our truck. If you can walk in there expecting to not negotiate the price & possibly accept less than great financing for a few weeks before you can transfer to your preferred bank/CU, you could have a great experience with them & get a great deal. But. Ask. For. Raleigh.

Had an unfortunate accident that ended up totaling my 2020 gladiator. Knew I wanted to go ahead and get into a diesel and after calling the dealerships around me I found out they we not expecting to get any until end of Feb/early Mar. Reached out to AutoNation N. Richland Hills after seeing them advertising some and they went to work. Found one, sent pictures and did everything over phone and email. Drove down to pick it up and was in the dealership maybe an hr or so before I was rolling out. Everyone in there was great and Forest made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend lol.

My husband bought a Jeep Gladiator from Anthony W. a few months ago and said it was the best car buying experience heās ever had... then this past week it was my turn for a Jeep (because once someone gets a Jeep, the whole family turns into a Jeep family)... after a horrible experience at Carmax, I was defeated and in a bad mood. And husband convinced me to go to Autonation and try there. I begrudgingly obliged... It was serendipity that I was put with Anthony W. (I had never met him before now, and he recognized my last name from my husband) and wouldnāt you know it, it was the best car buying experience Iāve ever had! It took a long time because my credit is *crunchy* but he stuck with me through it all and never once gave up! I love my brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee- never in a million years did I think Iād be able to get into a car that still had the plastic on it! I will never shop anywhere else!

Took my vehicle in and I thought there was a confusion on what was needing to be done, the manger called the mechanic that was working on my car and we all sat down in the office and talked about exactly what was being done. This convo took about 10 min but for everyone to pause out on a busy day to talk with me shows me they handle one customer at a time and make sure youāre 100% comfortable with what is going on. I made an appointment for a recall on my Charger, set the appointment for over a week out at 7:00am. They told me the part needed to be ordered because they didnāt have any and it would be no issue since it was 9 days out. Cut to 7:00 when I take it in and guess what, they donāt have any. They gave me the excuse āOh well we can only have 2 on hand at a time and we JUST put the last one on a carā. So either they lied and never ordered it OR they ordered one for me and gave it away to someone else who just happened to come in. And the best part they basically told me āWell that sucks, see ya because its not coming in.ā Told me they would call when they get one.... two weeks ago.

Had a noon appointment to get an oil change (notice the word appointment), I instructed the advisor that I had brand new tires on the front, which she acknowledged and commented that new tires should be on the front. It took 3 hours for them to change my oil and they did a tire rotation that they should not have done. There is absolutely no excuse for a 3 hour oil change at a dealership. If you are short handed don't make appointments that cannot be handled in a reasonable amount of time. You guys are supposed to be (and tout yourselves) the end all, know all, be all of the vehicle service industry. There is no justification whatsoever for this kind of service. ššš

Had set up an appointment for an oil change and was promptly greeted and taken care of by Lisa. She was friendly and quickly accessed my Jeepās history explaining what was suggested at certain mileage but by no means pushy. My waiting time was what I would expect and she personally came to let me know when it was finished. And on a cold morning, a hot cup of coffee being available was much appreciated!!!

Despite seeing some not so good reviews, I had a great experience. I didnāt feel pressured to buy but I was already highly motivated to buy and they just made the process quick and smooth. They even gave me more for my trade in which paid it off and gave me extra money to go towards my new vehicle. Everybody was very kind, I was originally supposed to work with Rueben but ended up working with Paul Anderson, his no pressure and laid back approach made my experience a great one. The New Cars Sales Director Vijay Dasai really worked on getting me more money for my trade in. Overall great experience and I would recommend.

Very pleased with final result. The car (2016 Kia Sorento) was excellent but that's not why I give them 5 stars. Two days after I bought it I found a nail in the front passenger-side tire and went to get it fixed, when I was informed the front tires were the wrong size. I called AutoNation to ask if they would rectify this and they agreed. They could've rightly played hardball, telling me I should've noticed this before I acquired the vehicle, but they didn't. I don't generally penalize people or companies for honest mistakes, and I'm impressed and pleased that they made it right when they didn't have to. I drove the car back and they had the new tires on the front in less than an hour. That's good business and excellent, good-faith customer service.

Charged $200 for diagnostics to find out everything wrong with the vehicle is covered under the warranty I bought, but the mechanism that originally failed voided the warranty on everything else to bring a grand total of $1800 for repairs. Also was told my battery was bad (never had an issue with it since I bought the vehicle from them 7 months ago) and yet now that I have it back, itās taking longer than normal for my vehicle to power up. Suspicious. I donāt recommend them at all. I think they are sabotaging vehicles to make a buck. Go to a mechanic you trust.

I purchased a Grand Cherokee a few weeks back and now I'm starting to regret making the purchase. I was already preapproved for a much lower interest than what they were able to give me. However, I wasn't able to use my lender because of "fraud issues." Then we went back and forth on an extended warranty plan. In the end I said I didn't want it. The salesman then said he would be able to give me the extended warranty for exactly what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I was firm on term of the loan but come to find out, he increased the loan to meet his goals. In the 3 weeks from making the purchase I have an "airbag service light" and "service shifter" warning. I've called the salesman and left a message. No response.

They did manage to find me another one similar and I feel I got a pretty good deal but was NOT happy about the game playing and the attempt to make me finance with a certain lender that would benefit them instead of me. They are just out to take your money. I bought a very expensive car in August, funny enough they were more than happy to take my money (12k and also 17k worth of a trade-in). Three months later and I need to trade in the car that I just bought because I found out I was pregnant and this challenger does not have enough room and they were just trying to take more money from me. They said my payments for a less expensive car/truck would be higher than what Iām paying for my challenger!! Unless I put another 5k down. Haha nope. They werenāt helpful at all. We went to autonation Last week and bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Anthony Gonzales. He made the deal so smooth my wife and I were in shock!! We had been dealing with a salesman at another dealership for about a month told him price range, what we wanted and what fit our budget. We live 2 hours away from this dealership, we get there and he starts showing us all these other jeeps that we didnāt want and otherās we couldnāt afford. My car needed a new engine and was under warranty. It took 3 days before I was given a rental to use. No oil light came on and was told it had no oil. The throttle body light and check engine light came on when it stopped. I was told it needed a new engine. I realize it may take time, which it took a month. No one had ever heard of something like this happening. I was told the oil had absorbed?? This did not make any sense to me or anyone I told it to. Nothing made any sense, but I finally got my car back after a month and everything seems good, and no cost to me. Iām just happy to have my car back. Being a woman, I donāt think I was given a fair shake on answers, just my opinion.

They took 3 days to get us our car due to having a recall and get the tint done. They still managed to messed up on the tint that they put on the car. I stopped to check out a FJ Cruiser on the "1 Price" used lot last weekend. I worked primarily with Matt who I really liked. After a short look-over on the vehicle I went for a quick test drive. I liked it and went home to look at financing options and asked in my communications with Matt if I could put some money down on it to hold it until I got funding squared away. The director called me and basically said that unless I was 100% ready to move forward they wouldn't hold the vehicle for any amount of down payment, citing if I changed my mind, it would be hard to get the money back and basically money down = down payment, etc. Ok, I'm 98% but I guess I get that, even if it other dealerships are be willing to reserve a car for a customer. I got pre-approval through a bank your dealership works with and went back to the dealership around 4:30 to go over the vehicle in detail and took another test drive with Johnny. He was very nice and helpful as I checked that the options that I didn't have time for on my initial visit. He walked me through the fwd, diff lock, etc. After Johnny and I arrived back at the dealership I told the Matt and the Director that I was ready to pull the trigger and filled out the credit app and was approved. About this time I see the FJ drive by with other customers in it, which I find a little confusing since I'm pre-qualified and committed. However the numbers that are coming back to me are not matching up to the pre-qual through Capital One. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was getting slow-rolled while another salesman was working the new customer who was engaged after I was for a higher interest rate. I have no way of knowing who was responsible for making that decision... The director or perhaps a finance manager, but someone realized the situation and perpetuated it. There is a certain level of trust that has to be realized on both sides of a deal, and the actions taken last night made it clear that is not something that is pursued from this dealership. Perhaps one could say, "It's just business," but this goes against what I heard on the phone with the director, which was the vehicle would go to whomever was "committed" and "ready to pay." I was the first in line ready and willing to do so. If I would have realized I was being pitted against another buyer after my commitment, I would have walked immediately. I fully understand that car dealerships are in business to make money and I know it has been a seller's market since early summer. However, I am actually surprised when the dealership put was willing to sacrifice integrity to gain for a few points from their share on an auto loan. Maybe I shouldn't be. It's probably a rare situation to have two customers ready to move on the same vehicle at the same time, but I guess that's what happened. Maybe I'm just old school, but there is something to be said about building relationships with your employees and customers. Every bit of research I've seen over the summer shows that dealerships are doing record numbers. However, one day the worm will turn. If an organization has been conducting ethical ways of doing business, there will still customers and staff who trust in your reputation and business practices that will continue to work with you in the future. I doubt most who have had an experience with the dealership will be willing to come back for a second time. I wish I would have read the dealer reviews before going in. If you've followed this far, do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else.

The service department doesn't have a manager right now and it shows, took my car in for service and they damaged it even further. Take it back in to have the damages fixed and have probably had the worst experience hands down that I've ever had with a service department, from the rude service advisors to the technicians trash taking other customers in the middle of the service department (in front of other customers). The North Richland hills service department has convinced me to never buy a Dodge product again just so that I don't have to deal with service at AutoNation Dodge

I purchased a Jeep Trackhawk from this dealership. I purchased several F&I products because of the cost of the vehicle. I have sold the vehicle and am due a reimbursement for these products. Just bought a Ram 1500 from here. Process was easy, which began online when I identified the specific vehicle I wanted from their inventory. I worked with Greg W. who was great. There were a few hiccups along the way in getting the right truck, some of which were related to logistics, but we worked through it. I have purchased from a handful of local dealerships (Freeman Mazda, Park Place Porsche, Land Rover Dallas, et al) but this was probably the easiest process, specifically when it came down to numbers. I always loathe the negotiations, but they made a great first offer on my trade-in and were very fair working with me to the price I wanted to pay out the door, so all in it was the least stressful. This is my first Chrysler/Dodge/Ram product and time will tell how reliable it is and how AutoNation service/maintenance is there for me over the next several years, but the experience so far has been positive.

I took my truck in for a ticking sound coming from the engine with only 22000 miles on August 5th. After a few weeks they finally get it in the shop , the tech found metal in the oil and it needed a new motor. I was lead to believe that it was going to be covered under warranty and they were ordering the parts. After 3 weeks they said they needed oil change records that i had to chase down from 2 prior owners that I provided. The deal said that if I provided them the oil change records that it would be covered under warranty. Then they said the oil change records didnāt have the Vin # s on them and that it was required. It had the License plate number on it .I provided the link to look up Vin # that matched the license plate.The oil had been changed 5 times. This definitively proved my truck was the same vehicle. So what I am saying here is that this place will find every reason not the warranty their vehicles. So beware of the factory warranty and certainly donāt buy the extended warranty from them as It would be a waste of your time and money. I have reached out to this dealership numerous times leaving messages for the service manger as well as the general manager and yet to have received a call from either! My truck is still in the shop to this day! Also, by the way Ram care is not your advocate either. They donāt return phone calls or help either. Buyer beware!!!

Took our 2019 Jeep Cherokee to have a new engine put in after failing a consumption test. It took nearly 3.5 weeks just to have the work approved and another 2 weeks to get the car back. I had my car for a total of 15 minutes. The technician failed to secure the bolts to my brake caliber. The caliber shifted after losing one bolt, resulting in my rim being punctured and locking up the passenger side of my vehicle. Had I not been braking I would have undoubtably wrecked, with my infant son in the car. The Service Director (now former) never acknowledged the danger his technician put us and other drivers in. He approved to have damaged components put back onto the vehicle. If there was one thing consistent during our experience it was corners being cut. The car is fixed and I will never set foot on this lot again. ETA 9/28/20- I now have a coolant leak in addition to the other issues that have not been resolved.

Took my Jeep in for service and some other things that could no get it to do again. When it was ready it was parked in front of a bay door. Was handed the keys to my car and was asked āDid you see your carā? I replied yes and then was sent to go get my own car to be on my marry way. I was pre-approved with over a 800 credit score from Bank of America and it still took 3 hrs. No follow through. Finally when someone did pickup the file, they just fumble again and again. We finally got it done. No attention to detail not well trained. Oh well it is a nice car.

I dropped my 2020 Ram Laramie off because the air conditioner was not working properly, i.e. the air coming out was not cold and it took forever to cool down the truck to a reasonable temperature. I picked it up today after apparently considerable work had been done on it and it was worse than when I brought it in - I had to immediately return it. My service advisor, Dominique Johnson, was super nice, very efficient and I had used him before - but my new truck is back in the shop.

We went in after 3 days of talking to several different reps, told them exactly what I want looking for and told them I was already approved with Carvana and if they couldn't help me to just let me know before we took the risk of coming in. I was told they would be able to help me and so I made the appointment. We sat up there for 2 hours and I think they said like 15 words the whole time. We should have walked out after an hour. The sales director Desai Vijay is very unprofessional. Every time I inquired about a vehicle and financing he made excuses like that doesn't apply to the vehicle I wanted. He quoted me a price then added a bunch of stuff on it and an outrageous interest rate of 5.99 percent on a new Jeep and I have a good credit score over 700. I went and got pre approved through Capital One for 3.9% and sent him my offer and he responded that they don't accept outside financing. I was like, What? What car dealer doesn't let his customers get financing at a lower interest rate? I looked up Autonation financing and they actually use Capital one as one of their banks. They need management change.

Was called by 3 sales people at the same time, one call was even while I was talking to one of them after sending an internet interest. Was not told initial vehicle was not available to be purchased until after arriving at the dealership. Sales process took 5-7 hours, which I had to go through twice as we selected a subsequent vehicle. Sales people are very unresponsive after you have begun a deal. Sales and Finance team are very unprofessional using vulgar language and dropping "F" bombs around children without care. After finally closing a deal on a truck we were told that it would have the tank filled and be detailed in about 10-15 minutes, although we were told it would be done 2 hours prior while waiting for the paperwork to be put together. Took us over an hour of waiting, multiple requests of when it would be ready, and finally just saying, can we just have the truck, it was brought to us, cleaned, however the tank was completely empty. Overall I am unimpressed with the teams ability to assist customers once they have walked in the door.

The turbo went out on my truck and of course its out of warranty. The service advisor David P worked with me to get the best pricing he could. The mechanic Lee is always the best and was able to repair my truck quickly so I had it for the weekend as requested.

Same stuff as my google review but just to add to that been trying to reach the sales department for a few days now in regards to a couple of things and no one has bothered to call me back. I want to cancel the warranty I was pushed in to buying and I also notice the steering wheel is slightly off center when going straight itās brand new so not sure why just needs to be corrected.

Service Department Bad customer service from service tech as well as general manager Bad communication- took days to respond to emails ; then replied with all caps email one time; service tech got an attitude with me multiple times. They lied to me- borrowed a loaner while my vehicle was in service 37 plus days. the windshield cracked due to rock flying and hit it. The tech told me I should be fine and not have to pay for it don't worry he said. Howeve when i returned vehicle got told I would have to replace windshield.

I had my truck in to get diagnosed. Staff seemed knowledgeable and gave precise information on my problems. The part needed takes 2 weeks to to arrive so not sure yet if the diagnosis is truly correct. The worst part is they charged me $160.00 more dollars than was quoted for some unknown reason. I need my ram 4500 for work so I simply paid the extra unknown fees. Appears to be a common practice at new dealer shops which is very discouraging. Causes me to consider where to buy my next truck for my growing business

The service writer, Amanda, was exceptional. Courteous, interested, conversational, friendly and attentive to getting my service done right and promptly. The customer waiting area had issues; no paper towel in the bathroom, no coffee available although the coffee maker and thermos container were present, no reading materials, chairs were considerably worn and shabby in appearance and one chair had a loose seat which slid out from under me while I was seated...this condition could be dangerous to someone less aware.

I was helped by David and he did an excellent job along with his colleague Cody to get the right vehicle, the Sales Manager John Williams gave me a credit on the transportation cost of almost $636 as the car I am purchasing has to be transferred from another state. Buying the Jeep from Erwin back in July was great. This is a review of my first oil change: Making the appt, communication and timeliness were great. However, my JLU received 6qts of motor oil, rather than the required 5, even after alerting the service rep at the counter that this is an ongoing issue with the newer Wranglers. He assured me that the tech is experienced and knowledgeable. The paperwork showed 6qts when I picked up the Jeep. Again, I voiced my concern, and was assured this is fine. Once home, after sitting for 5 minutes, the dipstick showed oil well above the crosshatched area, up onto the wire. So, I got to drain a qt of oil. I wonder what else the service dept is doing incorrectly? If you have a newer JL and are reading this, check the owner's manual that came with your Jeep. Page 232 clearly states that the newer motor design takes 5 qts. Overfilling can harm your engine.

I've been coming here since I bought my truck in 2015. Anthony Johnson knows his stuff and knew what my truck needed at the moment. I came in just for an oil leak. I ended up purchasing new spark plugs and brakes. Something I really needed that I wasn't aware of. Anthony was knowledgeable and gave the best customer service there is to offer. I usually do not leave negative reviews, as I believe bad experiences are often one-off situations. However, we have now visited this dealer/service center 3-4 times over the past couple of years and each time has been a sub-par experience. I strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere for service. A summary of our most recent experience: took vehicle in for engine light, the codes said it had to do with the catalytic converters. We agreed to have the shop do a diagnostic exam to determine if there was in fact an actual issue with these items. Service center says yes, they need to be replaced, along with another part. Quote for all three products plus labor was $4200.The labor pricing alone came to $179/hour. After calling three other shops, the next highest quote for the same parts and labor was $2100 (half the cost). Obviously, we decided to take the car elsewhere for repairs, but were beholden to pay the diagnostic fee at the dealership of $165. We had been warned of this fee at drop-off, so it was not a surprise, however, as I'm in the process of paying it, my service rep contact says "be sure where ever you take the car checks the cats to see if they need to be replaced or just cleaned". Isn't the purpose of a diagnostic exam to determine this? Based on this and other odd comments from the rep, I do not feel the car was actually inspected but rather the check engine light codes were read and the assumption was made that the parts needed replacing.Sadly, each experience for us at this location has had red flags, and the customer service is not great either. Whether purchasing a vehicle or getting repairs, we have made the decision to not return.

Terrible service. Spent 10,000 dollars to get a motor replaced and spent 1,000 dollars for another one year warranty. 6 months after it got fixed something got messed up. Wouldnāt fix it even after I had a warranty. Terrible customer service wouldnāt return any of our phone calls had to go up there to talk to someone.

I can't give a review on nothing. My wife and I came in today and spoke to a salesman who's name escapes me. We did not get a business card. He did not write our information down. We told him what were interested in. I was told that of the color choices I had, only was one was there and because it was a loaner and was not available. What I really want is a Gobi Sport model Gladiator. He found three elsewhere in transit. I think it is due to lack of mentoring. I don't think he knew what options he had other than ordering sight unseen or what else was out there thatwould make us happy. I don't think he knew to ask. I just don't think he was taught. There is no record of visiting today which to me is not a good start and which means no one can follow up.. At some point we will buy one. Not sure where.

Not all AutoNation dealerships are like this one. I purchased a 2016 Hellcat through another dealership and drove to Dallas to pick up the car. The car was not as presented to me when I signed the papers. The whole front end is pieced together with zip ties and for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, the tires should not have been in the shape they were. Since I am from out of town, they have refused to provide me with the name of the general manager and basically said this is my touch luck. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE from this dealership.

Do the paperwork properly. It has taken Autonation 5 months to get the title, the license plates and sticker to me. And guess what.... the sticker is for a different county so it is void. So I still do not have a car that is legal to drive.

I went in recently to have my new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie serviced for recalls and to have my rear taillight fixed after having the brake light go out on the drivers side of the truck. I dealt with a very nice and attentive lady by the name of Elizabeth Alvarado in the service department. She was very helpful and stepped right up to assist me with my recalls and taillight issue on my truck. They worked very quickly only taking a few days (would've been the same day I took it in if they had the part in stock and ready but its ok) to get my truck fixed completely and back up and running like it should. I would highly recommend doing business with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills and Elizabeth Alvarado in their service department!

Don't believe them when they say they can get close to your payment they just have to run your credit. Linsey Cox told me it was was very much doable when I said I wanted a payment of $650 or under. So she ran my credit and came back with a payment of $749. Credit got dinged for an inquiry AND that's $100 over what I was told. I don't like being misled.

Purchasing a car from this particular AutoNation location was the absolute WORST car buying venture that I have ever experienced. We had to go to Dallas from NRH to test drive the car in question. Upon arrival I asked that they pull the car around because I was rushed for time only for my agent from NRH and the one at the Dallas location to argue over who was going to show me the car - unprofessional. My daughter liked the car so they brought it back to the location. So that we wouldn't have to wait long, we asked to start working on financing before arriving. Completed online information before arriving but still had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to complete financing (when there is a one price option and no negotiating, AND no one else in the finance office there should not have been a wait - unprofessional. The next day the car start jerking and pulling so I took it back (well within the 5-day period) and it only got worse from there. The manager test drove the car and experienced the same issues. From there over the next 5+ days we were lied to saying the car was taken to a Ford dealership to be looked at only to get back over there to be told it was never taken anywhere. A different manager said he drove the car and didn't experience anything so there was nothing wrong with the car even though his colleague verified there was an issue. After I told the second manager Jessie Saenz that I didn't want the car because I was not comfortable putting my daughter in it knowing there was a problem he hung up the phone on me. We called back and his tone was less friendly even rude. We asked if they could start the process to undo the financing and he said NO we had to be there in person... Once we arrived so I could take back the 2nd loaner car (the 1st was rusted out and smelly), I had to personally walk into the finance managers office after the previous customers were finished because he was not told we were there only to be told there was nothing we needed to do (so another lie from Jessie). I did make sure we got a copy of the down payment refund as well as information showing the deal was denied and they had the car back in their possession. Over the next week, I did visit other AutoNation locations and ended up purchasing a car from one of those locations and the customer service was totally opposite. The salesmen were very hospitable and we didn't have to wait unnecessarily long lengths of time for the finance manager. So I cannot say all locations are bad but I will never ever recommend AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in North Richland Hills.

Game changing dealership! One of the best vehicle purchases ever. After being cheated from a competitor in Grapevine, I reached out to AutoNation to locate a new Jeep Gladiator. Dropped off car for oil change. Was consistently harassed on the phone and by email by people claiming to be from the service Dept. When I called to make sure they did not find anything wrong with the car they have never heard of the caller. He was from acquisitions. I asked to no be contacted again. My request was followed up by an email offer I declined and then another voicemail also claiming to be from the service Dept. I have never had an experience like this with Chevy delearship before. Itās too bad; we loved the rental truck enough we want to buy one. But Autonation is off the table.

This review is mainly about the management. My sales guy Anthony, he was cool.. we talked, bonded.. I ended up buying the truck. He should take his managers spot, he'd probably do a better job taking care of guests. So I have the truck for 3-4 days and the battery dies. Funny thing is, when my wife bought her vehicle from this same Autonation a couple years back, hers also died within a week. This autonation sells vehicles with low/close to dead batteries. It's funny how before you buy the vehicle you cant STOP getting emails and phone calls from these guys. But then you try and contact them when something goes wrong with the vehicle just a week later and no answer. It's been almost a week and no answer. Management is full of cowards. Their customer service is horrible.

Just had the absolute worst experience here this evening. My husband purchased a vehicle here on Monday in which I co-signed. I came in today sign docs with āBobā. He knew I was coming after work. I get there at 5:50 PM and I ask the receptionist that Iām here to sign docs with āBobā and no one can find him. I get asked 3 different times why Iām there, and no one can find this āBobā character. 30 minutes later Iām still waiting and I get taken into an office with a gentleman who still didnāt know why I was there and he informs me that āBobā left at 6 (I was there at 5:50). He told me that no one informed him that someone was coming in to sign docs so he had to track down the file. 10 minutes pass and now Iām waiting for another gentleman, who is apparently the only one in the building who I can sign these docs with. Another 10 minutes and this guy Jonathan finally appears...all this to sign like 10 pieces of paper. Very unprofessional and not a good way to run a business. If my husband didnāt already have this car in his possession I would have walked out. Not a good first impression and I will not be recommending them to anyone as they clearly donāt value anyoneās time.

I dropped my vehicle off Monday. I was in a rush. The guy who checked me in wasn't my advisor. He asked me to wait in the lounge for Enterprise. I waited and waited. Finally walked over and they said no one let them know to pick me up. They gave me a Dodge Caravan which shakes something awful. I was running late for an appointment, so I called to let Enterprise know the issue. I live 42miles away from here, so bringing the rental back is a huge inconvenience. I took it to Pep Boys and both front tires were out of balance. I got back on the road. It still shimmies and shakes, but not as bad. I cannot drive this vehicle over 58MPH or it is a huge risk. I contacted Enterprise again who said I could do an exchange at the nearest location to me. I went to the DeSoto location Tues afternoon. I signed in and waited 20mins or so, got frustrated and left. I went to the DeSoto location again on Wed, signed in and after 20-25mins was told "they couldn't do a change out". I immediately called the NRH location. The manager contacted the DeSoto location and I was to go back for them to change me out. I go back for the 3rd time in 2 days, sign in and wait 42mins to get mad and leave because I still had 3 people ahead of me that hadn't been helped. I'm already upset with AutoNation for being a huge inconvenience to me and now this taking up more of my precious time and gas. I've wasted 3hrs or more with this. Plus I text messaged my service advisor Anthony Tues afternoon to check on the status of my vehicle. It is now Wed evening and I haven't heard a thing from anyone in the service department about my vehicle. I will never refer anyone to AutoNation or Enterprise Rental Car.

Where do I begin. Mr Morris is my angel ?. I have less than perfect credit an okay down payment I went in looking for something pre-driven but came out with a new 2018 Jeep Compass. They took my trade in with a current estimate and able to match the estimate. They didn?t talk fast or dismiss me they treated me with respect. I was treated horribly by other dealers because of my credit score at other places that wanted a much higher than my decent down payment. Mr. Morris worked and walked with me for hours before I settled on a vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I still am. This was totally different than my past experience at other dealers. I am confident that if you really want to find something from a honest guy he and his manager there will help you and they are patient the explain where you stand in the credit world and they don?t race through anything. I never felt swindled my numbers looked great! I?m a single mom and I was nervous walking in by myself but left out feeling educated satisfied and still am.

My 2015 Dodge Caravan was misdiagnosed as needing Freon recharge. Left Auto Nation after two full days and took to Speedee oil change with it overheating the whole way. Speedee checked coolant which was extremely low and filled tank at no charge to me. Auto Nation charged $140 for diagnostic and told me when I picked it up that battery was sluggish. Next day had to take it to Walmart and buy new battery. šš»

Happy that we got the refund But, it was a complete nightmare. The vehicle broke down in less than 24 hours, Auto Nation seemed to be too busy to deal with us, Had to takeoff work to pick up my stranded wife With no offer of assistance by AutoNation After they diagnosed the vehicles Malfunction ( four days later),We were offered an upgrade to a newer vehicle with less miles for the same price (A switch out) Though we did not like the vehicle, we thought it a good deal... and right when we got ready to sign on it, the manager came back in and said he was not going to be able to do that but, we could walk out with that vehicle for about $1000 more... A vehicle that we did not like in the first place... we declined. Being that it was too late in the evening to cut us a refund check, we were asked to return the following Tuesday. We showed up, the guy that told us to be there, was not. Headache after headache, is how I would describe my first and last encounter with Auto Nation.

No because I took my van i took my van in for couple of recalls on June 3 2019 didnāt get my van make until June 10 209. Cause Wednesday my van was supposed to have been ready but it was not ready cause the part was not in until the next day so I said ok. Well here it was Thursday and I call to ask about van then boom there was a delay on it again cause the service technician dad got sick which itās understandable. I'll start by stating I worked on the Pre-owned side of the dealership. My deal started out ok. I found the vehicle I wanted, for a price that was acceptable. I came out of the finance office after 2 hours with a few more protection plans than I originally wanted, but hey, I expect that from the type of deal I was doing, so no big deal.. My issues started when I went to drop my vehicle back off to cash in the few things they owed me from the deal (this included a windshield crack fill-in, a Uconnect update, and a detail that was not done the day I purchased it). It was not conveyed to me that they would comp me a rental during that time, so under the impression I would need a ride (1 hour one way) from one of my friends to drop the truck off, but nonetheless, the first question I was asked upon arrival was "Do you need a rental?" Eye roll, whatever, just pay for my friends gas, I guess.. I was told this should be done in about 2-3 business days.. 2 weeks later, I pick up the truck (yes, 2 weeks), with a new windshield (instead of just a fill, that was required because they didn't realize at the time they promised the fill that it was a safety issue due to the severity of the crack, "Thanks."), and a detail (no update-as that was something I had to initiate myself, another thing not originally conveyed) and also MISSING EQUIPMENT that I had put into the compartment underneath my back seat. Granted it wasn't expensive, but regardless, it was gone. I have tried to make contact with several managers, however have essentially gotten curt responses and the "Dealership is not responsible for items left in the vehicle" run around. Ok that's fair, but I know that my vehicle was not broken into, and was in fact in your service dept., and that tells me one thing: There is a thief actively seeking valuable items in your customers' cars coming through the shop. So I know I won't be getting my equipment back, which is not ideal, but for the most part, my experience with this dealership was long, annoying, and severely lacked sufficient communication on timeliness, and expectations, and owning up to responsibility, or at least acknowledgement of it.

Set up an appointment with the salesman in pre owned this morning to see a car this afternoon but after driving 60 miles to get there I was told he was not available so I needed to work with the new guy. Turns out the car was not there anymore and I was given 3 different stories about what happened to it. Then we agreed to look at another car they said they had and when they went to get it I was told another salesman had taken it to drive to another lot. Proceed with caution on the pre owned lot. We recently decided to purchase a bigger family vehicle and I was dreading going car shopping again because of past bad experiences with other dealerships always trying to sell you a car that you don't like or showing up to the dealership and the car you saw on the internet not being there anymore. I was helped by Jorge V. and I gotta give it up to him for the smooth experience and professionalism. He took his time to help me find the perfect car and he even helped out with questions I had, on his day off. I got to take a vehicle home for the day to get a better feel for it and see how it ran, with no pressure whatsoever. I was helped out by another associate when Jorge was off and I almost didn't buy the vehicle because he was the opposite of what Jorge provided. I usually never write reviews, but I decided to write this one in hopes of any people out there looking for some positive feedback or if they need a great sales rep to go to. This being the 10th car that I've purchased has been the best experience I've ever had, If you're reading this and are looking for a new vehicle, ask for Jorge V at autonation.

This was my last shot at having my Jeep serviced at Auto Nation. To begin with the service advisor who took in my car did not call me as he promised even after telling me I would be a high priority. When I called him to follow up all I got was voice mail. Then I called the main number and was told he had to leave in a hurry. Ok that's fine but why didn't someone else call. Well then I get a second service advisor who is going to really take care of me. He is calling back immediately. Well you know that never happened. Then after I continued to find out the status I finally got an estimate of $1200. Seemed to high so I paid $166 to be told the cost of what I had told them was wrong when I brought the car in. I went elsewhere and had repairs done for $550.

The experience took over 4hrs and not a quick process as AutoNation prides themselves on. We were there buying a Jeep as a extra vehicle not something we needed and both of us have excellent credit, no trade ins, no bureau issues and still took forever. We had to ask to get updates since no one would come to us and as first time customers this was extremely not good customer service. The Jeep was not even filled up when we did finally get it as promised but we were just ready to leave at that point. Paperwork, had our address different on different documents. Definitely, will not be back and take any future car buying elsewhere.

When I say that I have not received exceptional customer service like this in years, this service department rocks! The attentiveness of this service department made me a believer that customer satisfaction still does matter to some people providing a service. David in the service department went above and beyond. From the moment I called the service department, until I left. I drove from Wisconsin to Texas when my check engine light came on during my trip. Took it to AutoZone and was told that it was the throttle body. Even though it was a Saturday and the service department was busy, he had me bring it in. I was so happy as I was turned away by 3 other places and needed to drive home today. Come to find out I needed a battery as I expected and my throttle body was filthy. David made sure my car was diagnosed and serviced, he also made sure that I got something to eat. :) I really appreciated the hospitality and the professionalism. They just earned a faithful customer. I will be moving to Texas in a year and look forward to doing more business in the near future. :)

Okay so I have come here for a while now, and I liked yall a whole lot better then 2 other locations I went for SERVICE. BUT Grant it I came on for an EXPRESS oil change and I came on Good Friday, but I would have thought you could have gone that extra mile and checked my car and tell me I needed certain fluids. My car over heated on Sunday and now am taking my car somewhere else to have my car looked at. Since I cant depend on the company i got my car from to tell me I needed something.

Worst management Attempted to purchase a used car After went through about four hours of looking, financing they told us car would be ready the next day. Called and now they found problems with the car. Asked for deal canceled they couldnāt return money until Monday. Monday is here and they will not return call or call to give money back. Totally bad customer service and untrustworthy. Would not recommend this dealership

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I just moved here a couple of weeks ago and took my Jeep in for an oil change and there was also a recall that needed to be handled. My service advisor explained everything in detail and kept me updated as to what they found and what was needed. When it was determined that some extra work was needed he took the initiative and set me up with a rental car. I was taken care of and it was much appreciated!

Canāt be trusted. Tell them one thing they will do another. Letās say this, I walked in with preapproval and walked out signing with Capital One. Got home a couple days later had another bank send me a letter saying they have my loan. Asked them to quit pulling my credit but someone on the team fell deaf or something. Raising this to the ends of the earth until I get a resolution that is satisfactory to me. I donāt know what that is yet but ready to find out. Stay tuned. My buddy went to Meador auto and they charge more but there is clearly a reason for it. #neveragaininmylife

We were there from 12:30 until they closed the doors. They told us we couldn't get what we wanted and would have to get trailer hitches for our truck after market. No one makes a hitch for that truck after market. We were quoted one price for our trade in and they gave us $3000. less. They took off $250. for the tires that were less than 2 weeks old. After we finally agreed to the terms we were given paperwork that was not what we agreed to. The salesman came back in and double talked then asked us to sign another quote that was in line with the contract. Even the finance company said it was wrong. By the way I got the trailer hitch for the truck through our local Ram dealer in a day.

THIS experience was terrible. I utilize Dodge due to my having multiple vehicles that I bought at this location. I usually have good service, but this time I was appalled. I took my Avenger in for a diagnosis Tuesday when they opened and was told could possibly take a day to get it in. No problem I understand there is a recall that has them back logged (my other car was serviced the prior week.) I did not hear from anyone Wed or all day Thur. Now we are coming to the weekend, so I call early Thursday evening and left a voicemail, No response. I call Friday Morning, another voicemail left, No response. I call a different Service adviser Friday evening, he places me on hold to come back and advise it's been diagnosed, but no estimate available for repairs looking for the part. He apologized let me know my service advisor was out, but she would be in Saturday morning and would give me a call. Guess what NO RESPONSE all day Saturday. I call Monday morning and my service advisor states still no estimate, because the part is no longer manufactured. She then finally calls me back Monday evening to advise will be around $2300 for the repair, but the part can not be found at this time. She goes into stored codes, and new problems that were not there when the vehicle was dropped off, and how this fix may not solve the problem. I provided suggestions as to what part to check , requested to speak to a manager, and or the repair tech. I was advised unable to speak to them, and of course "the mechanic already checked that, and it's a much larger issue that is irreparable". After 2 more days she calls me back supposedly exhausting all options: i.e. unable to find the part, or determine which wire, of many, could be causing the problem, and suggest I come pick it up and pay for the misdiagnosis. I took it to another Repair Shop Thursday evening (after hours), suggested the same part be checked, (It was unplugged) they fixed it Friday Morning and I picked it up after work Friday AFTERNOON. They quoted one price, but only charged half that price because of the suggested parts to check.

Took my 17 ram dually in for warranty and recall work. After over 2 weeks I get my truck back on a Friday evening and was informed I'd have to bring it back on Wednesday to replace the xm radio antenna. Why the part wasn't ordered when I took it in 2 weeks earlier I have no idea. Said they "detailed" my truck for me, it looked like they washed it with a dirty rag. Saturday afternoon my girlfriend and I get ready to go somewhere and discover muddy dog prints in the back seat area and dog hair in the rear carpet. Decided to check the mileage to find out over 150 miles were put on my truck! Go to speak with the service manager Monday morning and was greeted by the rudest most unprofessional "manager" I've ever experienced. In was basically called a liar because his technicians didn't admit to driving my truck. Was also asked just what I wanted because I obviously wanted something. After about 30 minutes of his nonsense he admitted that they have had numerous complaints lately of excessive milage and pet hair. And the the tech "does have a dog". I was so aggravated at this point I just left. Long story short, I will never step on that property again. And will be contacting Ram care and AutoNation corporate.

Good experience. One suggestion, I made a inquiry on line and set up an appointment to view and test drive a perticular vehicle and when I arrived I had to wait for them to go get the vehicle, and seemed unprepared. So suggestion would be to have the vehicle cleaned up and there waiting for the appointment. Have dealt with a few other dealers and they had the vehicle there awaiting the appointment.

Great experience given the day started poorly. While on a family trip across town our truck broke down and we had to have it towed to AutoNation CDJR North Richland Hills late on a Saturday afternoon. The service staff was outstanding, welcomed us and took great care of us even though it was towards the end of their Saturday work day. Car rental agency onsite had closed for the day and we were 25 miles from home, and the Service Mgr gave us a ride home. What?!?! Awesome! We would have been in a huge mess if not for their above and beyond customer service. The Service Advisor Jesse was great, kept us informed on the warranty process, the repairs needed, and the time it would take for our truck to be done. Although not expected to have had to stop at this dealership, I'm very thankful that we did. Great staff, great experience, and I'll certainly go back, even though they are 25 miles away from home. I believe them to be honest and fair, and in the auto repair business, that's what it's all about. Great job AN North Richland Hills Team!! Thank you from our family to yours!

I visited on December 13, 2018 and wanted to wait until after the holidays to let the events of my visit sink in and make sure I was not going on an off the cuff rant. I am sorry to say that it did not live up to my expectations. There are several reasons for this and I hope you have a few minutes as I would like to tell you why. #1. The Costco Auto Program. I was referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto program. This program according to their website is very straight forward buying experience. Which I did not get when visiting this dealership. I submitted the model and package I was looking for on the Costco website, and that info was passed along to your dealership. Desmon Clinton contacted me trying to help me find what I was looking for. The car I was looking for was not available so I was ready to order what I wanted from the factory. According to the Costco Auto Program I was supposed to receive the MSRP sticker and a Costco Auto Program price sheet. This is taken directly from the Costco Auto website. They did price out my vehicle for the factory order, but I did not receive the Costco price sheet. I was told that they could not get the price on the factory order because it did not yet have a VIN associated with it to put into the computer, and therefore could not give me a Costco Auto Program price sheet. (Talking with Costco customer service after my visit I learned this was incorrect. There is a few different ways to get the Costco pricing including on those being factory ordered, and that the staff at the dealership should have known this.) On top of this I was shown in the computer on several other models that are supposedly in the Costco program that the Costco program would only save me $200 off MSRP. I did not say this at the time, but I worked for Costco for 10 years and can assure you that one thing that Costco and its members look for above all else is quality and a good deal. For $200 off MSRP is not even worth the time and money Costco puts into this program for its members. The warehouse manager from the location I worked at has purchased his last 4 vehicles, and numerous other people I have talked to have bought cars through this program. I can assure you that they would not have wasted their time for only $200 off the sticker price. When I contacted Costco customer service they were very shocked at this pricing as well. Also according to the Costco website only certain authorized salespersons are supposed to deal with customers utilizing the Costco Auto program. When I submitted my request online I was sent a page with several names of individuals at this dealership authorized to work for this program. None of them were the ones I talked to or ended up dealing with during my visit. While Desmon did try and assist me there seemed to be some confusion on the staffs behalf on how the program and pricing worked. This left me less then impressed especially when I had to keep informing them what I was supposed to be getting as part of the program. #2. Pricing and shipping. Desmon and the staff found a close match to the car I was looking for. Unfortunately it is located in the State of Utah. When I inquired about the possibility of getting this vehicle shipped here to DFW I was told it was possible, but the shipping for it would be $1900. (I had a quote from another dealership that found one in North Carolina, and was told it would be $850 to have it shipped) On top of that the shipping cost of $1900 is absolutely astronomical and ridiculous. For $1900 I will fly to Utah and pick it up and drive it back myself. The MSRP sticker price on this vehicle was $45k. The staff indicated that if I ordered it that they would take off the shipping cost for me. Seemingly doing me a favor. When I informed them that the $45k price tag and options on this car were more then what I was looking for I was asked what I thought would be a fair price on the car. I indicated $38-40k. I was told that was way too low and they could not give it to me for that price. Upon my own research I learned that this car was internet priced by that dealership for $40k. When I informed the staff of this I was told that they could get the car for me for that price but then I would be charged the shipping cost of $1900. When I informed Desmon that Iām paying for the shipping either way I got a sheepish āwell.. yeah I guess soā I found this attempt at not informing me about 1. the dealers internet price and no attempt to match it for my business and 2. the attempt to make it seem like youāre doing me a āfavorā but actually hiding the shipping cost of the car in the sticker price, to be dishonest and in bad faith. #3. Overall customer service. While Desmon did help me price out and attempt to find the car. He seemed distracted during my visit, checking his cell phone several times while seated with me in the lobby as we were going over the package options I was looking for. I got the feeling that the staff was more interested in selling what is in the lot than what I really wanted When I indicated that if we could not find what I wanted that I was going to factory order it and was willing to wait for it to show up, that all interest was lost in trying to help get the car I wanted at a good deal. There seemed to be a lot of push back on pricing trying to get me to pay a higher price then what other dealerships had both quoted me in person, and showed on their internet pricing. With the car in Utah as an example, I was told that MSRP was the best they could do until I showed them proof from that dealers website, then suddenly the price was able to be dropped. To me this reminded me of the old slimy car salesman trying to pull the wool over the supposedly unsuspecting buyer. DFW is a large area with plenty of dealerships in it. Several of which are participants in the Costco Auto Program. If a dealership truly wants my business they have to fight for it. In this day and age of the internet being at your fingertips the odds of a customer only visiting one or two dealerships and not have an idea of what options and price they want are slim. This dealership was stop #4 for me, but the first Costco Auto Program participant. The others before had about the same pricing, but did not participate in the Costco Auto Program. The others who were not Costco participants were willing to drop their sticker at least to try and compete for my business. At these locations and this I asked a lot of questions. A lot of which I already knew the answer to, but waited for the answers. Honesty is #1 for me. If I feel I am being deceived I would rather drive to another city or even pay a bit more if I feel the crew is being fair and upfront with me from the start. In the end. I did end up going with another dealership for my purchase. They are a Costco Auto program participant and not only provided all the advantages of the program, but gave me a price sheet $1000 BELOW invoice (not MSRP) on a factory order for exactly what I was looking for. That is also before all the other possible manufacturer and dealer rebates are applied. So I ended up getting it for below $38k. Getting a automated email from the GM asking how they did and replying to his "personal email" also got no response. I guess they don't really care. Not only can I not recommend this place I will do all in my power to inform others of the lack of integrity, honesty and just plain ineptitude and steer them to a place happy to have their business.

I took my 2017 RAM LongHorn Laramie in for 3 recalls at NRH AutoNation near 820 & Hwy 26. They were very easy to work with, even allowing me to stand just outside to the bay where the mechanic worked on my truck. The work was done quickly and they were genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I was treated with respect at all times. Many thanks to Shaun the service director, Dean the mechanic, and Dominique the service writer. The facilities are dated being there before I moved to Texas in '93. A new, larger, and more modern shop would be amazing for the mechanics and more appealing to customers. Of course, they would likely need a larger lot. xxx BTW, I went to AutoNation in N. Ft. Worth (along I-35 and between Golden Triangle and Keller-Hicks roads) first and the service director and shop foreman there would NOT work with me to oblige any of my requests. I left there feeling slighted with their "our-way-or-the-highway" attitude. They did have nice, new, and large facilities, however. Still, I am much more welcomed and cared for at the NRH AutoNation. Messed up paper work multiple times. Had to wait hours and hours. Then after the 3rd time signing paperwork they messed up again and shorted my pay off by $400. I had $5 grand is positive equity! Calvin said he would take care of this, then QUIT or got fired idk witch. BTW this was right before Xmas so I ended up having to pay this. I emailed the GENERALS MANAGER about this, never got a response. DONT GO HERE! BBB complaint will be the next place I go.

I had a VERY poor experience here. Knew that I wanted a new Jeep GC and found this dealer through the Costco buying program. Things were smooth initially and we agreed to terms for a 2017 with 3k miles. I purchased this SUV in ānewā status and expected the deal to happen that way. EVERYTHING related to a typical new car experience has been bad. XM and UConnect 1 yr contracts were used up and, after many requests to add these back, were replaced with 3 month contracts (UConnect still pending - Iām doubting it happens). An agreement to install a trailer hitch at cost has not been honored (they say itās ācostā but UHaul is $250 less. BS). Thereās some aftermarket phone thing that I noticed after I drove off the lot and they canāt arenāt explaining that... All this headache for a $750 āsavingā at purchase. I wonāt do this again and will be copying Costco on this. These guys are Exhibit A for why car dealers have a bad rep.

Buyer beware! Worst dealer ever! Be careful with salesman Anthony and their finance manager Bob Little! He said he will call the police if I donāt get out of his office because he didnāt like what I had to say which is the truth! I told him Iām not going anywhere until they will give my van back! We went there Saturday with already approved financing and wanting to see the truck we had in mind, come to find out salesman said that truck is not available and told us our finance company wonāt approve anything over 125k miles on it w/c is a complete lie! Because finance company said they couldnāt find a link that this dealer sent them the car we wanted. They kept telling us to pick a different car and finally got my husband test drive a 2009 Acura which has couple problems w it, power steering was whining so bad and front wheel vibrating on highway speed! Made us wait for another two hours got back to us said everything got fix and car is ready to go, agreed on a $401/mos. 36mos terms and when my mom and husband got in to the finance office the whole terms was changed! This man Bob Little said he got the payment down to $396 but it will be on 48 mos with 18k mile warranty! Are you freaking kidding me! You got it down for $5 dollars and you want to charge almost $6 thousand dollar worth for an 18k miles warranty!??!! and you got mad when I said ethics just went out of the window when the terms changed!! Which is absolutely true!! Called Monday talked to Anthony said weāre taking the car back to them as weāre not happy he said we CANNOT fully take the car back as itās over the 250 miles which again is a lie! Took back the car and this Bob Little said he doesnāt have the title of our van as it was sent to corporate, I told him thatās fine give me something in writing that you will give me back my title and he wrote on a piece of paper āReturn title of 2005 Dodge Caravanā I said this means it was returned to us, he then grab the paper back and added the word āwillā, he proceeded by telling us that there should be some kind of trust between us and when I said thatās hard to achieve as āethics just went out the window when they decided to change the terms when my mom and husband walked in his office as that wasnāt what was agreed in the first placeā thatās when he lost his freaking mind telling me ādo you know I have been in the car business for 30 years and you need to leave my office or Iāll call the police!! I told him Iām not going anywhere until I get my van back! There was a nice gentleman who was willing to help us by putting the plates back to our car this finance person Bob Little called him the āNā word and that he was a āracistā!! Really!!???!! Whereās your work ethic!!??!! Absolutely no work/business ethics!!!

let me tell you about our experience here at Autonation Chrysler dodge jeep ram well we bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them. an the night we bought it we had it go through detail an we left. well we stopped to get dinner my husband did a walk around of the New vehicle an there was a stain on my bumper. the next day I called the salesman an spoke with him about it he didn't know what to do about it. an we kept getting the run around about it. Finally my husband took to service got it in the shop to get fixed an then they supposedly fixed the bumper the day I pick my car back up after they said it was fixed. they didn't fix the right part of the bumper. then I speak to the GM an the part was suppose to be ordered. well looks like it never got ordered the parts dept. argued with my husband about it an made my husband pay for the part. so needless to say I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS AUTONATION I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO CLASSIC DODGE FOR ALL ITS NEEDS.

I took one of our fleet Dodge vehicles in for a misfire and diagnostic service and was Very happy with the outcome (our regular mechanic had recommended that we take the Grand Caravan to a "Dodge House" since he was unable to find a resolution for the misfire condition and other DTC codes). I have taken other vehicles to AutoNation and have always had a satisfactory result. Our service advisor, Tony L, was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that we were stayed updated until we were So happy to pick the van up in excellent running order. This repair was an unusual one that came to a very happy ending. A-Plus to the service Department.

I just bought a new 2017 vehicle. A couple days later they called because the inspection was out and it couldnāt be registered to bring it in. My boyfriend took it in for me, The service guy never looked up from his desk and asked if He has the insurance card which I hadnāt given him. The guy refused to listen that they still owned the car unless it was inspected so then my boyfriend asked if I could email it. The service guy held up his card and said fine email to this and still never looked up from his desk. I contacted the sales guy who went over and talked to the service guy and then said no prob it will get inspected. 2 hours later the car was inspected, my low pressure light for my tires is still on. How can u inspect my car and not air up the tires. This was horrible service and although I would buy a car from the sales guy I will never serve my car there.

We called to get service for my jeep because it was randomly needing a jump start. I didn't know what the problem was. We called and spoke with Brandon Cromer. He was EXCELLENT, from the start to the finish. Which was, I am happy to say, only OVERNIGHT! He arranged for my rental car and had it ready as I stopped in on my way home from work. It was too easy! The very next morning before I even left for work, he had already called us to let us know what the problem was (winch was wired wrong) got approval for the repair, and said I could pick my jeep up in the next 30 minutes!!! He was professional, polite and prompt and I left feeling like he really cared. It made my day and I want to share this experience because Brandon's above and beyond demeanor needs to be recognized. My experience started with what looked like an office of chaos. The kid who greeted me seemed to be annoyed to look up from his coffee to deal with me. When I said I had an appointment, he laughed and said, āso does everyone else.ā He said someone will get with me or I could just go to the other dealership and gave me the address. He told me to wait around the corner for someone. I said I would wait by the desk because I didnāt want to be overlooked. He said I was probably right and turned his back. Shortly after, Jesse came to help me. He is the model perfect service representative. He was professional and courteous. He walked me through the entire recall process. Offered me a ride home and back. I decided to stay. He regularly checked in with me, letting me know where things were. He also, had them wash my baby. I had a unlimited tire rotation that I have used ever since I bought my wrangler. When I went in for service there was no record of it. I decided not to have autonation rotate and went to my Goodyear dealer for the rotation. Another issue, I tried to call for an appointment I called 15 times in a hour and could get no one to answer the phone. I finally had to call sales and have someone go over to service to have a service person call me back to make an appointment. Service appears to be in a state of chaos. I will not be back!

they got the truck in fairly quickly but i had to wait almost two hours to get a rental car ( paid for thru my extended warranty agreement) which was ridiculous considering that I called for an appointment. This should have been handled by the dealer and been waiting for me. Check in was just as bad. I had a leaking front axle on my Jeep Wrangler that was fixed under warranty by the staff here. They took amazing care of me. I called their competition in west Fort Worth and they couldn't get me in to look at it until April 4th and I was calling on March 7th. I continuously tried calling the Jeep dealer south of Fort Worth but I could never get the scheduler to call me back to confirm any date at all for my vehicle to be looked at. I called these places first because they were closer to my home. I called Auto Nation Jeep in North Richland Hills and they answered the phone and got me scheduled the very next morning. I have been getting my car maintained with Don Ferguson for a long time. He is always a great help and explains things to me and does not take advantage of a woman. I only take my van to them to be fixed. They have a comfortable waiting room also.

AutoNation happened to have the exact Camaro I was looking for. We went in and checked it out and it was a great car. The price advertised was the price I paid. they have a no haggle policy, so that made the process very easy. No trips to the manager to work out a deal. The windshield did have a crack in it. They replaced that prior to me taking possession of the car, no questions asked. Overall a very simple process. I knew just what I was looking for and they didn't make the process complicated. I would definitely go there again if I was looking to make another purchase.

Came in to look at a couple of trucks. Our salesman was Erwin Caday and the Manager we worked with was Ben Garcia. Really took care of me and my wife. I wear a leg brace due to an ankle injury so walking is limited and at times painful. They brought each vehicle we wanted to look at or test drive to the front while we sat inside in the A.C. Prices were good and if we couldn't fit it in the budget my wife and I wanted we moved on to another truck on my list. We had our financing in place before we went in. I really felt these guys were very honest with the prices and they were very nice even though I was asking for everything in the world while wanting to only spend on a dollar menu budget. We got a great deal and walked out with a new truck that has positive equity in it already. Erwin, Ben, and our finance guy, Paul Luna, were great.

Do not buy a vehicle here unless you want to be robbed of your down payment like they did to me. I put a down payment of $2500 and it was never reflected onto my principle amount when I went to pay my first monthly bill. Everything had seemed fine when we made the deal but the down payment was no where to be seen later. I called the bank I financed with and they said they do not see a down payment. When I called the dealership they said it was "probably" applied to my yearly interest and that I won't be charged interest for a whole year. I waited for my next payment and, of course, was still charged interest. I called the dealership to help me understand where my money went and break it down for me but I never received a call back. I never like thinking the worst but this dealership has the worst customer service and they steal from their customers. I called everyday for two months and no one ever answered my calls or replied to my voicemails. I still do not know where that $2500 went, I am guessing straight into their pockets and not where they led me to believe my down payment would go. If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give at least 1.

Hit 3 local dealers before finding this one to purchase a new Challenger. The staff quickly greeted me and listened to what I wanted. The manager took me with him to inspect my trade-in and beat every other offer I'd received. Negotiations on term, interest rate, and options were smooth and fair. Everyone I spoke to was an actual "car person", which I appreciated. 20 years of buying cars and this is the best experience I've had.

Great experience with Arthur Smith. Helped me find the car I wanted and Auto Nation gave me what I knew my trade-in was worth. No haggling. As with any new car purchase, it just takes time...and a lot of paperwork. Overall great folks.

Steve Roeder is the best part about this dealership. He will go to bat for you and try everything possible to get you where you need to be at. One of the few times I've left a car dealership feeling like the salesman really had my best interest at hand. If Steve ever left for another dealership, I'd follow him to purchase my next vehicle.

I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation in NRH and working with Vetone Jones. I purchased a 2008 Volvo XC90 and was told it had a problem with the check engine light. Mr. Jones assured me that they would not release the vehicle until the problem was fixed. It took 4 days but the problem was solved and a new engine was purchased and windshield with no additional cost to me. I really like that they got a new engine and did not try to keep patching the old engine and I have my SUV it drives like a dream.

My visit on a vehicle recall began on a negative note, as I as informed by the service rep that even though I had a 7:30 appointment, my vehicle would not be repaired until the following day in the afternoon. After hearing my complaint about making an appointment which the dealership could not keep, the service rep promised to make an effort to expedite the process. My vehicle was ready in less than four hours. THAT is customer service.

Honestly, for the most part everything was done well! Customer service was good. However we specifically went over a dent in my hood that's been there since I first drove it off the lot on 2.17.16. When we showed the work needing to be done to the body shop manager the dent was included in the circleday defects, however when I picked up my Durango it wasn't repaired. It's very bothersome that first, Chrysler was saying it wasnt covered, when it's clearly been there since I bought it. I even notified my salesman when he made a follow up call with me a month later. He said he would set me up with service but he never did. Another disappointment. Again, the customer service is good, but the follow up, not so much. He said he'd schedule my service and I ended up having to call in. Then the dent wasn't fixed. It's and easy dent repair, it's very small, and I want it fixed. This car was $40,000.
