They have good reviews online from local buyers. I'm an out of state buyer. This has been a disaster. They have my money for the car and shipping fee and they still have the car on the lot. All the paperwork is signed. They won't give me any updates except for "I don't know" when I ask them a question of where is my car, when does it get here, where is the title, who is shipping it. Don't buy from them if you are not local and cannot take possession immediately

Purchased truck from here, got home going over the paperwork and they do not honor the advertised sales price. Plus they add on over $1500 worth of xx they refuse to remove. I had my 2021 Jeep Cherokee (that I bought from you) towed into your store on Monday, September 16th. The car wouldn’t start. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. Bought a new car from this dealership at the end of March. Everyone was helpful and friendly when buying the car. Upon getting the car home we noticed a scratch on it. Contacted the dealership to have it fixed and 2 months later the scratch is still on my car. Have contacted the dealership numerous time and no one will help me with the issue. Sad part is they make you feel important when buying the car but once the deal is closed you are not their problem. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying a car from them.

AutoNation North Richland Hills is a great dealership. They strive to get you out as soon as possible when buying a vehicle, my experience usually is around 2 and 1/2 hours to do the deal. My last experience lasted about 5 hours only because they had one manager at the time to handle all the deals that were going on. Highly Dissatisfied. Purchased vehicle six months ago. AutoNation processed my title incorrectly, leaving off the credit union as lienholder. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. We saw swag hang on the wall and asked if we could get one and by surprise I had not just one but two shirts delivered to my door two days later. Daniel allowed us to carefully review the documents we signed without rushing through it.

Vwry little wait time when I arrived for service. The staff is friendly and helpful when I picked up my Jeep 5 minutes before closing.
After my experience, I had to make sure I was a not a ghost. Terrible communication, lost order in parts after several follow up calls. Service manager Anthony was dismissive and one of them was aggressive. One of the mechanics took pity on me and tried to help, we were both ignored. I then thought I would let the GM know how incredibly bad it is back there, left a message, still has not called me back And my wrangler xe is being recalled due to fire hazard…..Chrysler is fun stuff.
Had a warranty recall completed by the dealership and it was finished within the time frame that they said it would. It was easy to make an appointment for repair. And the best part was I didn’t have to pay for any of the repairs.

Nice staff. Just took over an hour and a half to get an oil change that had an appointment. Walked in before 4:30 and left after 6:00.
Follow up is one of the key success of Auto nation. For my service, they keep on follow up, check availability, schedule appoint, sending reminders, once done, inform to the customer, fix the issues properly and get it delivered. One issue i noticed, There is no more space for parking or in the waiting area until service is done.
The workmanship was good as always. My car was clean. The problem is my Jeep Liberty is white and the mechanic left oily hand prints on the driver side door and the hood. The last time this happened the service writer had my car detailed. I’m not telling you this for that. With my car being white you couldn’t miss it. I know the dealer makes a spray that will remove oily hand prints.
